With over 17 years of administrative experience, she serves as a central point of coordination and communication across the organization.
Before joining Veterinary United, Karlee spent 13 years in supervisory roles at some of Michigan’s largest family housing and retirement communities. Earlier in her career, she worked as an Early Childhood Special Education Teacher in a government-funded program, bringing strong organizational and interpersonal skills to every role.
Karlee is dedicated to fostering a positive and organized workplace while ensuring seamless support for her team and leadership. She values efficiency, collaboration, and creating an environment where teams can thrive.
Outside of work, Karlee devotes her time to her husband and son, advocates for autism awareness, and runs her own photography business, capturing meaningful moments for her clients.
