Alan Ledford

Alan Ledford is our Creative Media Manager! He’s a jack of all trades with professional and award-winning experience in production, post-production, as well as design and illustration. Alan earned his Bachelor of Science degree in Film and Video Production from Grand Valley State University in 2011. Since then, he has worked in Los Angeles and Detroit, collaborating with top-tier advertising agencies, record labels, as well as institutions in higher and public education. Alan excels at creative problem-solving and management, always driven by a clear purpose, and his impressive track record speaks for itself.

Alan is fortunate to share his life with his amazing wife and best friend, Katie Ledford. They are eagerly anticipating the arrival of their first son this July. The couple also enjoys the companionship of their Beagle, Bowie, and Siamese Tabby, Blueberry. They love camping and spending as much time as possible in nature, especially in the Upper Peninsula. Alan’s favorite pastime is trail running and competing in 10k races across the state, often sneaking in time for fishing. He completed his first full marathon in May 2023, running side by side with Katie at the Bayshore Marathon in Traverse City.
