Jerrica has a strong passion for connecting people to opportunities that truly make a difference. With a background in HR and Talent Acquisition, she loves bringing energy to the hiring process and helping candidates find a place where they can grow, contribute, and feel at home.
She earned her undergraduate degree in Interdisciplinary Health Sciences with a minor in Informatics at Western Michigan University, and she is currently pursuing her Master’s in Human Resources & Organizational Development at Eastern Michigan University. Her studies and professional experience fuel her excitement for building relationships and supporting teams in meaningful ways.
When she’s not connecting with future professionals, Jerrica enjoys traveling, practicing her French, and playing games with her friends and family. She’s also known to have a soft spot for animals and a good cup of tea.
