Michelle Francis

Michelle grew up in Melbourne, Australia, before relocating to Michigan about 11 years ago. She holds a Bachelor of Commerce from Monash University in Melbourne and is a qualified CPA. Throughout her career, Michelle has embraced diverse roles across various industries, including nonprofit work, commercial strategy at Coca-Cola, and co-founding a successful digital textile printing company in Australia. Michelle enjoys a challenge and with community and creativity at the core, she loves to build shared purpose and turn ideas into action. Outside of work, she’s a proud mom of three, including a pre-vet college student! Together with her wonderful husband, they share their home with Henry the ball python, seven leopard geckos, two frogs, a cat named Grumpy, and Roxie the Tibetan Spaniel.
