Rana Shamoon

Rana brings 8+ years of human resources experience, with expertise in payroll, benefits, and HRIS systems. She has managed multi-state payroll, benefits administration, and compliance across multiple locations. In addition to her HR background, she has also overseen business operations, financial reporting, and office management giving her a well-rounded understanding of both people and processes.

Earlier in her career, Rana served as a Case Manager and School Liaison Specialist at Samaritas, where she supported refugee families through career development, school integration, and cultural adaptation programs, work that deepened her passion for helping others and strengthened her people-first approach.

She holds a bachelor’s degree in biotechnology, an Associate degree in Computer Science, and is SHRM-CP certified.

Rana is known for her incredible attention to detail, organizational skills, and warm, approachable personality. She speaks Arabic, Chaldean, and English — and sometimes all three sneak into the same sentence! Outside of work, she enjoys reading, drawing, and spending time with her family. She is a wife and a proud mom of two amazing boys.
