Rita Artin

Rita holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Management from the Mike Ilitch School of Business at Wayne State University and brings 15 years of professional experience, including 5 years in Human Resources and 10 years in administrative leadership. She has developed a well-rounded background in talent acquisition, employee relations, engagement, payroll, benefits, compliance, and training and development.

Throughout her career, Rita has supported a variety of industries, including manufacturing, logistics, retail, automotive, and now veterinary medicine. She is passionate about fostering positive workplace environments, supporting team development, and contributing to overall organizational success.

Outside of work, Rita enjoys spending time with family and friends, reading—especially dystopian fiction—and traveling. Having lived in seven countries, she brings a global perspective to both her professional and personal life. A dedicated animal lover, she also shares her home with her playful six-month-old kitten.
