Dr. Flowers is a professional Human Resource Trainer, Certified Diversity Professional (CDP) and Empowerment Coach. She has provided instructional training in areas ranging from leadership development to change management to professional organizations all over the world such as UAW, Chrysler Corporation, Ford Motor Company, General Motors Corporation, Mercedes Benz, and many other organizations. She is the architect and award-winning author of “Choices: Making Moves to Win” a preventive life care educational training that teaches people how to think strategically and make moves that propel them towards their goals.
Dr. Flowers received a B.A. in Business Administration from Michigan State University, an M.S. in Health Administration from the University of Detroit Mercy; a Master of Divinity Degree (MDiv) and a Doctor of Ministry Degree, (D. Min) from Ashland Theological Seminary. She is the wife of Orlando, mother of James and Quency and her personal mission statement is to educate, equip and empower people to soar through life like an Eagle.
