Our Acquisition Team Ensures a Smooth Transition When Selling Your Veterinary Practice
With our intimate understanding of the veterinary space, we have the experience to make acquisition and transition a smooth process for any and all hospitals. No practice is too big or too small, and we're also flexible when it comes to real estate and are open to buying or leasing your hospital's property.
Introductions
When you reach out to us about joining the VU family, our acquisition leaders will talk to you about your goals for the practice and the driving force behind your decision.
Letter of Intent
Once we determine you’d be a great fit for our practice family, we’ll send you a letter of intent to make it official.
Planning the Transition
We’ll work closely with you to develop a game-plan for the transition so clients continue to receive the same high-quality care as before, and your team is confident, comfortable, and at ease continuing to care for pets—only now, as members of the Vet United family.
30 Days Before Close
30 days before close, our acquisition and veterinary engagement teams will bring all our positive energy to your practice to set the transition in motion and communicate the changes to your staff.
Closing
Closing is the final step of the acquisition process, but the transition doesn’t stop there. After closing, you’ll work closely with the HUB who will smooth the transition for you and offer you all the support you need.
