"I was very skeptical and worried when the transition took place, as I've been through multiple owner changes. I was thinking I would not be able to keep up with the many changes I was expecting. I was pleasantly surprised to find  that, with the help of my fellow site leaders and all the members of the 'HUB',  things were made very clear and came in baby steps.  This was very helpful to me in transitioning my team as well."

Closing
Closing is the final step of the acquisition process, but the transition doesn’t stop there. After closing, you’ll work closely with the HUB who will smooth the transition for you and offer you all the support you need.

We're ready when you are!

After the Close of Your Veterinary Practice

You and your team will be introduced to all our collaborative efforts and training opportunities so you can start integrating your team with ours. Plus, you'll start working more closely with our team at the HUB on operations, administration, inventory, and more. We look forward to learning more about you and with you! In addition, your veterinarians will be introduced to our veterinary engagement team who will discuss your vets' professional goals. You'll also be incorporated in our social media and communication platforms, so you can communicate seamlessly with our network of veterinarians across all our locations.

At “VU-Palooza,” an event that orients new practices with all things Vet United, we’ll go deeper into all the things your practice will experience as a part of our family:

Our culture and values    Benefits, including a focus on work-life integration    Training opportunities    Roundtable discussions on new trends and developments in veterinary medicine    Site leader meetings    5- and 10- year reward trips    And so much more
