Sathvik comes from a healthcare services M&A background within the dental and oral surgery industries, where he sourced and evaluated hundreds of practice partnership opportunities across numerous markets. Across his career, he supported transactions contributing approximately $25M in EBITDA.
His experience includes valuation; due diligence; deal structuring; building and reviewing financial models to assess returns; and strategic fit. He worked closely with finance, operations, legal, and integration teams to support efficient execution and smooth transitions.
