5-Year Reward Trips
These trips honor everyone who reaches their 5-year anniversary with VU. You’ll enjoy an evening with other VU team members in a fun social environment. Previous trips have been to a Red Wings game, Drag Queen Bingo, and the MGM Grand in downtown Detroit.
Inspire, Empower, Lead Trips
These trips are reserved for veterinarians and leadership team members who have been with VU for 10 years or more. Don't have 10 years with us? Don't worry, we have two wild card opportunities for team members who go above and beyond! We often visit exotic destinations and take time to collaborate together, learn from each other, and simply enjoy some relaxation in a beautiful location. Previous trips have been to Punta Cana and the Dominican Republic.
Award Ceremonies & Our Annual Holiday Gala
Award ceremonies are exclusively for celebrating our wins. We take time to honor those who have gone above and beyond and collectively acknowledge everyone’s successes. At our holiday gala, we recap the past year and look forward to the future.
